In order to strengthen the corporate governance, the Company has upgraded the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Committee set up by the task group into the functional committee of the board of directors. In order to improve the professional functions of the committee, in accordance with Article 13-1 of the Article of Association of the Company and to reference the ”Rules of the Audit Committee of APC” to set up the “Rules for the Organization of the ESG Committee to follow.
